The Discovery Series, in particular, combines three distinct bourbons to create a harmonious and intricate whiskey. This blend includes 73% 13-year Kentucky Bourbon (75% Corn, 13% Rye, 12% Malted Barley), 21% 10-year Kentucky Bourbon (78% Corn, 13% Rye, 9% Malted Barley), and 6% 6-year Bardstown Bourbon (68% Corn, 20% Wheat, 12% Malted Barley) aged in French oak barrels.

The resulting bourbon is rich and layered, with a vibrant mahogany color. The nose reveals cherry, caramel, maple sugar, and charred oak, while the palate offers toffee, cinnamon spice, nutmeg, vanilla, and raisin. The finish is long and satisfying, with notes of French oak, bourbon-soaked cherries, white pepper, and leather.
