Bernheim Barrel Proof is produced at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. It is the first wheat whiskey to use winter wheat as its primary grain, giving it a soft, sweet flavor that's extra smooth. Each batch is aged for seven to nine years in open-air rickhouses, allowing the whiskey to develop a rich and complex character. The B924 batch was released in September 2024, offering enthusiasts a chance to experience this unique wheat mash bill in its pure form.
