Inspired by a family recipe from the 1830s, Bulleit Bourbon was revived in 1987 by Tom Bulleit. The bourbon is crafted using a unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone-filtered water. This high rye content gives Bulleit Bourbon its distinctive bold and spicy character.
