A whiskey that embodies the spirit of Japan perhaps more than all others, Kikori is distilled on the southern island of Kyushu from the legendary local aromatic rice that grows there. After aging for over three years in a combination of American, French and Spanish oak the spirit in artfully blended with the local purified volcanic spring water to achieve a whiskey that weaves together balanced layers of subtle flavors. Notes include white chocolate, cherry blossom, coconut, matcha and delicate spices.
