How are shipping rates calculated? Plus

Shipping rates are determined based on the number of bottles in your order time and the weight of each bottle, applying a flat rate to ensure transparency and predictability.

Can I specify delivery instructions for my order? Plus

Yes, you can arrange specific delivery instructions directly with the carrier. If you need an address corrected, then please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes once the package has been shipped. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the carrier.

What happens if my shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged? Plus

We require adult signatures on all order and providing our customers with the tracking information. For extra piece of mind, shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout to cover such incidents. Please report any issues within 7 days of the scheduled delivery by contacting us at info@preetsbarrel.com.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to the U.S., and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns
What happens if I can't sign for my delivery? Plus

If you are unable to sign for your delivery, FedEx will attempt to redeliver the package a few times. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to us. In such cases we will refund the order minus the shipping costs. If you didn't pay shipping, then we will charger a $35 restocking fee.

How long will it take for my order to ship? Plus

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days from the time of placement. This timeframe may vary during holiday seasons or if an item is out of stock.

How do I cancel an order? Plus

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after placing after if the order has been packed then a restocking fee will apply. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel. Orders that have not been packaged or shipped may be canceled at our discretion, subject to a potential restocking fee. What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product? Plus

If an incorrect item was shipped you must submit a photo of the items received along with your receipt or order number in an email to us within thirty (30) business days from the date of delivery.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied? Plus

Due to state laws, we are unable to accept returns for alcohol if you are not satisfied. We do offer however offer refunds for items that are defective or spoiled. In such cases please reach out to info@preetsbarrel.com within 30 days of your purchase.

You will be charged New York state sales tax as the title of goods passes to you in New York. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by their state.

Our process begins with thorough research, engaging with our suppliers, brand ambassadors, and distillers to identify whiskies with unique potential. We taste each bottle ourselves, choosing only the best to feature. Our selections are not solely based on well-known ratings or high scores. Experience has taught us that "highly scored" whiskies aren't always the best or the best value. By looking beyond the scores, we uncover many wonderful and distinctive discoveries, bringing you exceptional whiskies that might otherwise be missed.

How do I check the status of an order? Plus

Sign into www.preetsbarrel.com. Once you get to your account home then click on "Order History". There you will see all the orders that you have placed before.

How do I see what I've bought from you before? Plus

Sign into www.preetsbarrel.com. Once you get to your account home then click on "Order History". Or you can check your email for the tracking information for your order.
