Founder Monte Sachs, inspired by his distillation training in Italy, collaborates with Lincoln Henderson, the creator of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey. This bourbon is made with a blend of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley, sourced locally from Cochecton Mills. The spirit is distilled and aged in small 25-gallon charred oak barrels for two years, resulting in a distinct, rich flavor.
