In the peaceful village of Échebrune, nestled within the rolling hills of southwestern France, the Herbelot family has been cultivating grapes for generations. But in 1961, with an exceptional harvest of Petite Champagne grapes, they decided to create something truly unique. Rather than selling the harvest, the Herbelots distilled and barreled it themselves, setting it aside to age. Sixty years later, that choice has culminated in Rare Hare Lapine, an exquisite and well-aged cognac capturing decades
