- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days (+1 Day for Handling)
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost at checkout
- Shipping Carrier: We ship with FedEx, and an adult signature is required for all shipments.

You will be charged New York state sales tax as the title of goods passes to you in New York. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by their state.

Yes, you can arrange specific delivery instructions directly with the carrier. If you need an address corrected, then please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes once the package has been shipped. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the carrier.

If you are unable to sign for your delivery, FedEx will attempt to redeliver the package a few times. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to us. In such cases we will refund the order minus the shipping costs. If you didn't pay shipping, then we will charger a $35 restocking fee.
