Bill Samuels, Sr. always liked the flavors released at this unique proof, so he set aside this bourbon for special occasions with his closest friends. Now, were offering this exclusive bourbon to you through this limited release, so you can share it with special friends of your own. Like all our bourbon, we think theres a lot to discover within it our signature smoothness from soft, red winter wheat, but richer and more intense flavor at the higher proof. Its definitely different and a rare treat for all who make the pour. 1940 BARREL SOCIETY MEMBERS = 2 K CARDS *Please note: You will get physical K-Cards when you pick up your bottle at the store.

Experience has taught us that "highly scored" whiskies aren't always the best or the best value. By looking beyond the scores, we uncover many wonderful and distinctive discoveries, bringing you exceptional whiskies that might otherwise be missed.
Yes, you can arrange specific delivery instructions directly with the carrier. If you need an address corrected, then please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes once the package has been shipped. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the carrier.

If you are unable to sign for your delivery, FedEx will attempt to redeliver the package a few times. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to us. In such cases we will refund the order minus the shipping costs. If you didn't pay shipping, then we will charger a $35 restocking fee.

Great Delivery of Blanton’s Single Barrel
I was afraid that this was maybe a scam site after I placed my order and received a shipping notice at 7pm the same evening that said it would be delivered in three days on a Saturday. I’m happy to report that I did receive the bottle, exactly as advertised. My husband says it’s one of his favorite. So well dove. Please note that Preet’s barrel utilizes G2Wine as the distributor to ship.

Long complex notes. I have really enjoyed the 16 and 18 year. The 20 year has an even more robust flavor, while still being remarkably smooth neat. Fruit, toffee, and chocolate up front with subtle peat. Will buy again.
